Ordering for VA Facilities and Military: Purchase Orders, Tax Exemption, and Discounts
HeartMath works with VA medical centers, VA facilities, and military personnel. This article explains how VA facilities can order with a purchase order, how tax exemption works, and how individual service members and veterans can save on HeartMath products.
VA facilities: ordering with a purchase order
VA facilities can order HeartMath products for their patients and clients using a purchase order (PO).
To request VA pricing or a quote, email vaorders@heartmath.com or call 1-800-450-9111 and press 2 for Customer Support.
To place an order, send your PO to:
- Email (preferred): vaorders@heartmath.com
- Fax: (831) 338-8757
Please include on your PO:
- Product names and quantities
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- A contact name, email, and phone number
Please send your PO as a readable attachment. Encrypted or password-protected files often can't be opened and may need to be resent.
Once we receive a readable PO, we usually process it within 2 business days.
First-time orders: tax exemption
If this is your facility's first order with HeartMath, please send your tax exemption certificate to vaorders@heartmath.com before or with your first PO. Our team will set up your account as tax-exempt, and then process your PO.
You only need to send the certificate once.
Checking the status of a PO
Email vaorders@heartmath.com with your PO number, or call 1-800-450-9111 and press 2 for Customer Support, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Please include your PO number in the email subject line.
Individual military personnel and veterans
Individual service members and veterans buying for themselves can use code VHEALTH at checkout on the HeartMath Store to save 10%.
