Troubleshooting your Journey progress
Check these three things in order:
- Was the Journey started? Sessions only count after you tap Begin on the Journey intro screen. If Home still reads "Start Journey", it hasn't begun.
- Was it a practice session? Videos and lessons inside programs don't advance the Journey — only coherence practice sessions do.
- Was the session completed? Exiting early means it won't count.
Stages are based on your completed session count, so this usually means a session was deleted from Session History. Deleting a session removes it from Journey progress, and that can move your Journey back a stage — from Flow to Ease, for instance.
Nothing else is lost. Your sessions, and the benefits of the practice itself, stay with you unless you delete them. The app always asks you to confirm before deleting anything, and if you're on a Journey that warning tells you the session will be removed from your progress.
"The Journey card disappeared from my Home screen"That's expected — and it means your Journey has begun. The intro card is replaced by your Journey progress bar showing Ease, Flow, Deepen and Grow.
"Tapping Ease doesn't take me where I expected"Tapping Ease always opens your next practice step. If you're partway through a multi-day program, that's your next incomplete day. If you've finished the program, or aren't in one, it opens the Coherence Practice.
"I've practised for years but I'm at Ease"Everyone starts their Journey at Ease. The Journey measures your practice from the day you begin it, not your total history — and your full history is in Lifetime Achievements.
"When does this reach Android?"Release 4.5 arrived on iPhone first. Our Android team is working on the matching release, targeted for mid-August. Your practice history is safe in the meantime, and your Journey will be waiting when the update lands.
Getting help inside the appTap the ? icon on any section of the Progress tab. You'll get a short explanation, and from that same window you can tell us whether it helped, type a question, or contact Support directly.
If you do write to us, two details get you an answer much faster: a screenshot of what you're seeing, and roughly how many sessions you've completed.
