How to Reset Your HeartCloud Password

You can reset your HeartCloud / HeartMath account password from a desktop browser.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to https://my.heartmath.com using a desktop browser.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address and select Send Code.
  4. Check your email (Inbox or Spam) for the 6-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the code, click Confirm Code, and set a new password.

Didn't get the code?

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the email address you used to create your account. If you still don't receive it, contact us at support@heartmath.com.
