Proxy Settings

Overview
Please follow these steps if your network requires proxy server access for HeartCloud accounts.

  1. Open Preferences
  2. Click the Advanced tab
  3. Click the Proxy Server button to access the proxy server settings
  4. Check or uncheck Automatic Detection or Manual to enable proxy access
  5. Enter the applicable fields — contact your network administrator for the IP address, port number, username, and password
  6. Click OK to save the settings
  7. Click OK in the main Preferences window as well

Note: These settings apply to all of your user accounts.
