Your Progress Journey: the four stages explained

Your Journey is a gentle, four-stage path that reflects your practice over time. As you complete coherence practice sessions, you move through the stages — from first learning to slow down, all the way to presence becoming a way of being.

It isn't a competition, and it isn't a streak. It's a way of seeing the real change happening in your body as your practice builds.

The four stages

Stage

Sessions

What's happening

Ease — Find calm

0–5

This is where your nervous system begins to learn what it feels like to slow down and come into balance.

Flow — Build balance

6–12

With repetition, your system starts to find a rhythm — making it easier to shift into a calm, coherent state.

Deepen — Inner strength

13–19

At this stage, the patterns you're building begin to stick, supporting more stable focus and emotional balance.

Grow — Sustain wellbeing

20–30+

Here, presence becomes more natural. What started as a practice begins to feel like a way of being.

Why 30 sessions?

The whole arc is designed to be completed in about a month — which is roughly the window in which a real practice takes root. It's long enough for change to become genuine, and short enough to be a path you can actually see the end of.

What happens when you complete a stage

When you complete Ease, Flow, or Deepen, a small celebration appears at the bottom of your screen. Tap it to open your Progress tab, or tap anywhere else to dismiss it.

When you complete the final Grow stage, you'll see a full-screen celebration reflecting what you've built: a calmer nervous system, activated coherence, and new habits taking root.

"I've practised for years — why am I at Ease?"

Everyone begins their Journey at Ease, including long-time practitioners. The Journey reflects your progress from the day you start it — it isn't a ranking of your total history.

Your lifetime practice is still fully recognised. Open the Progress tab and look for Lifetime Achievements, which shows your all-time minutes, points, and sessions.
