-
3. Viewing Client Data (Remote Monitoring)
Practitioners can review detailed client reports by syncing the client's HeartCloud data to the practitioner's desktop software.
Requirements:
-
Practitioner must have emWave Pro (or Pro Plus) installed on their computer.
-
Client must have a HeartCloud account linked to their app.
Step-by-Step Syncing Instructions:
-
Get Credentials: Obtain the Login ID (Email) and Password for your client’s HeartCloud account.
-
Open emWave Pro: Create a new User in your software for this client.
-
Connect User: Go to the "HeartCloud" or "Sync" settings for that specific user and enter their login credentials.
-
Sync: Click "Sync now." All sessions recorded on the client's phone (via Inner Balance or HeartMath App) will download into your emWave Pro software for analysis.
4. Conducting Zoom Sessions
-
Screen Sharing: If the client has a sensor, ask them to "Share Screen" via Zoom/Teams while using the app. This allows you to see their HRV coherence in real-time and coach them on their breathing.
