How to Unlock Your Lifetime Subscription in the HeartMath App

Overview

Your Coherence Plus Sensor comes with a free lifetime subscription that unlocks all app features. Follow the steps below to install, connect, and activate your subscription in the HeartMath app.

Step 1: Install and Sign In

1. Download the HeartMath app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Sign in with your HeartMath account credentials.

3. If you already have an account at HeartMath.com, use the same email and password associated with your sensor purchase.

4. If you are new, create a new account directly within the app.

5. If you experience issues signing in, tap Forgot Password to reset it.

Step 2: Set Up Your Sensor

1. Plug the ear cable into the sensor pod and ensure the sensor is charged.

2. Clip the ear sensor to your earlobe and attach the pod to your shirt or collar.

3. Press and release the power button to turn on the sensor.

4. Check that the white light on the heart icon is blinking, indicating the sensor is ready to connect.

Step 3: Connect in the App

1. Open the HeartMath app.

2. On the Home screen, under Measure Your Heart Coherence, tap Start Now → Continue.

3. Choose Use a HeartMath Sensor and select Bluetooth.

4. From the list, select your Silver Coherence Plus Sensor and tap Connect.

5. When your sensor ID appears, confirm it and tap Continue.

   • Note: Your sensor ID is printed on the back of the device.

⚠️ Important:
Do not pair your sensor from your phone’s Bluetooth settings. If it is already paired, turn the sensor off and back on before attempting to connect. The sensor pairs directly through the HeartMath app, not through your device’s Bluetooth menu.

Step 4: Unlock Confirmation

Once successfully connected, you will see this message:
“Congrats – With your Coherence Plus, you’ve unlocked lifetime access!”

Your free lifetime subscription is now activated and ready to use.
