How to Uninstall and Reinstall the HeartMath App on iOS and Android Devices

A clean reinstall of the HeartMath app can help resolve issues such as app crashes, display errors, or sensor connection problems. Follow these steps to completely remove and reinstall the app on your device.

A. Clean Reinstall on iOS

  1. Open Settings and go to General → iPhone Storage.

  2. Scroll down and locate HeartMath App.

  3. Tap Delete App to remove it completely.

  4. Exit Settings.

  5. Close all open apps to clear background processes.

  6. Restart your device.

  7. Open the App Store and search for HeartMath.

  8. Reinstall the app.

  9. Open the app and log in again.

B. Clean Reinstall on Android

  1. Open Settings and select Apps.

  2. Tap HeartMath App from the list.

  3. Select Force Stop to close the app completely.

  4. Go to Storage.

  5. Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

  6. Return to the previous screen and tap Uninstall.

  7. Restart your phone.

  8. Open the Play Store, search for HeartMath, and reinstall the app.

After reinstalling, ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled and re-pair your HeartMath sensor before beginning a session.
