How to Join and Get Support for the HeartMath Affiliate Program

Welcome to the HeartMath Affiliate Program! This guide outlines who can join, how to apply, and how to get support for your account or affiliate questions.

Who Can Apply?

Certified HeartMath Professionals: Coaches, trainers, consultants, resellers, and healthcare professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
General Applicants: While affiliates frequently use HeartMath products with clients, patients, or employees, anyone interested is welcome to submit an application. Every application is reviewed individually by HeartMath.
Audience Size: There is no minimum follower count or newsletter subscriber threshold for coaches, though having an active, engaged audience will help you succeed.

Steps to Enrol

Submit Your Application: Fill out the official HeartMath Affiliate Application Form

(Health Professionals: Please use the Specialised Health Professional Application instead).

Application Review: HeartMath will review your submission. Once approved, you will gain access to your unique affiliate links and promotional assets.
Share & Promote: Utilize ready-made marketing materials to share your link across your email network, website, social media, and client channels.
Track Earnings & Get Paid:
- Earn commissions starting at 10% on eligible sales made through your link.
- Commissions are approved after 30 days and paid within 45 days via the Inflektion platform.

Key Program Policies

100% Free: There are no enrolment or recurring maintenance fees.
Platform: Tracking, payments, and account issues are managed via the Inflektion Affiliate Marketing platform.
