How to Cancel Your HeartMath App Subscription

Overview
The HeartMath App is billed and managed directly through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). Because Apple and Google handle all payment processing securely on their platforms, HeartMath Support cannot cancel your subscription or issue refunds on your behalf. You must cancel the subscription directly within your device's settings.

Important Notes About Canceling
-
Deleting the app is not enough: Simply deleting the HeartMath App from your home screen will not cancel your subscription. You will still be charged if you do not follow the steps above.
-
Access after canceling: When you cancel, your subscription will not renew on the next billing date. However, you will still be able to use the premium features of the HeartMath App until your current paid period (or 7-day free trial) expires.
-
Refunds: If you forgot to cancel before your trial ended and were charged, you must request a refund directly from Apple Support or Google Play Support, as HeartMath does not hold the funds.
