Subscription, Cancellations, and Refunds

Overview

When you subscribe to the HeartMath App, your subscription is purchased and managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

To protect your privacy and security, Apple and Google do not share billing or payment information with HeartMath. Because of this, HeartMath cannot directly manage subscriptions, process cancellations, or issue refunds for app store purchases.

All subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests must be completed through the store where your subscription was purchased.

Canceling Your HeartMath App Subscription

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your Name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select HeartMath App from your list of active subscriptions.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Note: If you do not see the Cancel Subscription button, the subscription has already been canceled or is no longer active.

Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your Profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Select the HeartMath App subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Requesting a Refund

Because app subscriptions are billed directly through Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted to the respective platform.

HeartMath Support is unable to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Apple App Store Refund Requests

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  3. Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
  4. Select Request a Refund.
  5. Choose the HeartMath App purchase.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.

Google Play Store Refund Requests

To request a refund from Google:

  1. Visit the Google Play Help Center.
  2. Follow Google's instructions for requesting a refund.
  3. Submit your request directly to Google for review.

Google will evaluate the request according to its refund policies and notify you of the outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't HeartMath process my refund?

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed directly by those companies. HeartMath does not have access to your payment information or the ability to issue refunds on their behalf.

Will canceling my subscription issue a refund?

No. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund. Refund requests must be submitted separately through Apple or Google.

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

What if I can't find my subscription?

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that was used to purchase the subscription.
