A guided tour of the new Progress tab
If you're looking for "My Progress", you've already found it. It's now simply called Progress, in exactly the same place in your navigation bar — with a good deal more inside.

Journey Snapshot or Lifetime Achievements?
They answer two different questions, and it's worth knowing which is which:
- Journey Snapshot is about the Journey you're on now.
- Lifetime Achievements is your all-time total, and never resets.
Session History is a place to look back on your practice. There's no scoring or judgment attached to it.
You can delete a session if you'd like to — but it's worth knowing that deleting one removes it from your Journey progress as well as your data. Because stages are based on completed sessions, deleting a session can move you back to an earlier stage. The app will always ask you to confirm first.
Getting help from inside any sectionMost sections have a ? icon. Tapping it opens a short explanation of that section. From that window you can tell us whether the explanation helped, type a question, or contact Support directly.
