That's enough to complete the entire Ease stage and arrive at the very start of Flow — including the stage celebration when you get there. We wanted you to feel real progress before we ever mentioned an upgrade.

Why the Flow icon looks locked

Your free sessions carry you through all of Ease. The 6th session is where the Flow stage begins, and continuing from there requires a subscription.

Once your free coherence practice sessions are used, the Flow icon on Home appears locked. Tapping it opens the subscription options, including a 7-day free trial.

What a subscription includes

A 7-day free trial is available, using your phone's camera as a sensor. After the trial, the subscription is $79 per year. If you have a HeartMath sensor, a lifetime option is also available.

YOUR FREE STAGE DOESN'T EXPIRE

Nothing you've built goes away if you don't subscribe. Your Progress tab, your Journey Snapshot, your Trends and your Lifetime Achievements all remain available to you.
