Previously, only Coherence Sessions synced to HeartCloud. With the emWave 4.0 release, Assessments now sync to HeartCloud too.
What does this mean?
All of your Coherence Sessions and Assessments are automatically backed up to HeartCloud, so you never have to worry about losing your data.
Is there anything I need to do to turn this sync on?
No, it’s automatic. Just make sure you’re logged into your HeartCloud account in emWave. You can confirm this on the Review Progress screen: look at the top-left corner for the HeartCloud sync status indicator.
What happens to my existing Assessments? Will they sync, or only ones I complete after updating to emWave 4.0?
All of your sessions sync automatically, both your existing Assessments and any new ones you complete going forward.
How do I know my Assessments are synced? Can I check by logging into the HeartCloud website? Will it show my Assessments there?
Currently there’s no way to check this from the HeartCloud website. Assessments don’t show there yet, only Coherence Sessions do. Showing Assessment history alongside Coherence Sessions on HeartCloud may be a future feature.
