Does the HeartMath App Support German or French?

Overview

We often receive questions about language availability for our two primary mobile applications. It is important to distinguish between the HeartMath App and the Inner Balance App, as their language capabilities differ.

1. The HeartMath App

• Supported Languages: English Only.

• German/French Support: Currently, the HeartMath App does not support German, French, or other languages. All video content, guided journeys, and menus are presented in English.

2. The Inner Balance App

• Supported Languages: English, German, and French.

• How to Change the Language: The Inner Balance App does not have a manual language switch inside the app settings. Instead, it automatically detects and matches your mobile device's system language.

  Instructions to switch to German or French:

  1. Close the Inner Balance App.

  2. Open your iPhone or Android Settings.

  3. Navigate to General > Language & Region (iOS) or System > Languages & Input (Android).

  4. Change your primary device language to German (Deutsch) or French (Français).

  5. Re-open the Inner Balance App. The interface will now appear in your selected language.
