Customizing emWave Reports with Your Business Name

Overview

The emWave software allows practitioners to add their clinic or business information to standard Coherence Session printouts. Configuring this feature ensures that all standard session reports automatically feature a professional header containing your practice details.

How to Add Your Business Name to Standard Session Reports

By updating the print preferences within the software, you can create a custom header. This header can include fields such as Name, Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Phone Number.

Please follow the configuration steps below based on your operating system:

For Mac Users:

  1. Open the emWave application.

  2. In the top Apple menu bar, click on emWave and select Preferences.

  3. Click on the Print tab located at the top of the preferences window.

  4. Locate the Header Setup section.

  5. Enter your business details (Name, Company Name, Address, etc.) exactly as they should appear on the printed document.

  6. Close the window to save the changes.

For Windows Users:

  1. Open the emWave application.

  2. In the top menu bar, click on Edit and select Preferences.

  3. Click on the Print tab located at the top of the preferences window.

  4. Locate the Header Setup section.

  5. Enter your business details (Name, Company Name, Address, etc.) exactly as they should appear on the printed document.

  6. Click OK to save the changes.

Once configured, any standard Coherence Session printed directly from the emWave software will automatically feature this custom business header.

Additional Information: 1-Minute HRV Assessment

Please note that the specific emWave 1-Minute HRV Assessment report cannot currently be customized to display a business or practice name. The Header Setup configuration described above applies exclusively to standard Coherence Session report printouts.
